SYNOPSIS :

Dougland is a dark and depressing city that is overrun with Hobos, Lobos, and Tranks. Torlo, the mayor of Dougland, forces the young boys of the city to work excruciating hours making a product called Dr. Sam’s Sexy Gloss ™, which he uses to anally rape them. Big City Ben is one of these children, but in his spare time he is somewhat of an underground pop sensation. Many of his songs are about his longing to move away to Wade City. Wade City is a clean, thriving, up-and-coming economic power, due mainly to their booming fiber mills. Philbourne Jenkins, a citizen of Dougland, is a talented young entrepreneur who founded his own Advertising Agency and is hired by Wade City Mills Inc. to advertise the merits of fiber. Philbourne’s Masculine about Fiber campaign is so successful that he decides to move to Wade City permanently. He works in secret with Big City Ben and Ben’s driver, Buster, and develops a plan for liberating the children and moving them to Wade City as well.

But Torlo finds out about Philbourne’s plan and sends out a pack of Lobos to find the children. The Lobos find them at Geddiss Canyon and attack. The battle leaves many casualties, including Big City Ben, who is killed by a particularly nasty Lobo named Black Eric.

When Buster takes Big City Ben’s corpse to Philbourne, he is shocked at the lack of remorse that Philbourne shows, and begins to suspect that Philbourne’s motives might not be altruistic but rather to further his own political aspirations.
Buster is mourning the death of his best friend and feeling decidedly homesick, so he listens to a song from Torlo’s musical outing, Torlo Sings! The album is Buster’s one souvenir from Dougland, and listening to it makes him realize that he misses his old life with Torlo.

Torlo, meanwhile, is having lots of trouble with Dougland’s economy. Dr. Sam, of Dr. Sam’s Sexy Gloss ™, mysteriously revokes Torlo’s production certificate after Philbourne and the children leave town. He begins to produce an inferior knock-off product called Sexy Doug’s Liquid Paste ™, but he doesn’t have the workforce or the financial backing or the young boys to molest, and he realizes how sad his life has become. After looking over his budget and consulting with his friends, he realizes that his only hope is to hire Philbourne to do an ad campaign for him. So he swallows his pride and asks Philbourne for help.

Philbourne sees this as a great opportunity, so he takes the job. As a sign of “good faith,” he also brings Buster and some of the other children back to Dougland for Torlo to anally assault. Buster realizes that he has always been in love with Torlo, and when he tells him this Torlo is so touched that he lets Buster move in with him and he gives up raping the other boys. Dr. Sam reinstates Torlo’s production certificate, and with Philbourne’s new ad campaign, Dr. Sam’s Sexy Gloss™ is huge on the open market.
